Cancellation/refund policy

Refunds will be given for requests received in writing postmarked no later than end of day Friday, April 24, 2015, less an administration fee of $100; send an e-mail to secretariat@evaluationcanada.ca. After the cancellation deadline, we regret that no refunds will be granted; however, we will accept substitute delegates. The substituting party is responsible for all final financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information. All refunds will be issued by August 31, 2015.

** One-day registration includes coffee breaks but not meals or social events.
All presenters are expected to register for the conference. Workshop leaders are exempted from conference fees for a full day workshop, and from 50% of conference fees for a half-day workshop.
